There's some sites with average reputations and hardly any traffic yet players keep playing on them, can someone explain why they play on these sites?
Just reading the internet poker forum and sites like juicy stakes (not saying they are one of the sites with a reputations) hardly have anyone playing and apparently only do withdraws once a week for example this is a reply from their rep in the juicy stakes thread.

Aren't they meant to have the player funds in a separate account meaning the player should be able to withdraw when ever they want?
It just seems like they are running a site without the necessary money to fund it.
Also in the betonline thread players complaining about cashouts yet players just keep depositing, why do players keep playing on these sites?
