what is rail heaven? Is it an actual site, or just another name for nose bleed stakes?

This is complete guess but, I think Rail Heaven was the first Full Tilt Table with 500/1000 blinds for Holdem. So now every1 refers to the nose bleeds as rail heaven? Am i right?
