What do you feel is the best way of studying?

I'm taking a bit of a break from the game (a few weeks, probably) due to some beats, and feel like I should spend my time studying. I recently picked up The Grinder's Manual, and it suggested 50/50 practice/play. I'm considering making a small deposit on a site and just try to incorporate what I read into my game gradually, is that about right?

Try to chat to some people in the poker world to share their experiences with you. It's important you regularly talk to good winning players that you can learn from. Likely any obstacles you have they have already faced so will have good tips and advice to speed up your learning process

That's about right.
