What did I do wrong? What did I do wrong?

Hero in BB with 15 blinds, AK diamonds. Three call plus SB. I check, to keep my range super wide (literally any hand). Flop comes 367 diamonds. Second nuts on the flop. checks to 4th player who bets min with 42 blinds. Fold, small reraises to 4 blinds with 30 behind. I call to keep the remaining players in, utg folds and original better calls. turn is a 4 of clubs. checks around. River is a 6 of clubs, SB bets 10 blinds. I reraise all in, both call.

Should I have raised preflop and given up information, or is checking there for implied odds the right move?

Should I have 3-bet or even 3-bet jammed on the river?

Should I have bet first in middle position on the turn or river?

This, trivial shove is trivial.

Jam turn when SB checks, you have ~10bb left and there's ~17bb in the pot.

Hope this is a SNG but anyway...

There are 4 callers preflop (and 5bb) -- lots of dead money. You have 15bb. It's a shove any day of the week and twice on Sunday. And you can expect to get at least one caller with the odds being laid... and you can also expect to be well ahead of their calling range.

It was a proper tourney, around the first break, thus the slow play. And it was a Sunday, so damn. Yeah. a shove pre probably would've gotten 4 folds, knowing now what happened. For the curious, one guy rivers threes full and the other had ****ing 64o and rivered a boat. I guess that's what I get for letting him stick around.

Oh well. Learning experience

Really need to study preflop tournament strategy. Short stack donkaments are basically math games and giving the whole table flops for free when you have the nuts preflop for 15 blinds is one way to torch money.
