Hi,
I play pro online cash in domestic sites in India. Players are decent nothing great.
How many hrs/day and week is ideal if I'm 4 tabling mostly with 6 tables max sometimes?
If I play for 5 hrs / day with frequent gaps inbetween with not more than 1.5hr session at a time , I feel burned out after 3 days and can hardly concentrate or don't feel motivated to play the 4th day.
I'm suffering from putting in volume and want to know how much you pros play without feeling burned out?
Do you guys play 6 days a week , 7 days or 5 days?
I want to have a realistic volume and study goals in hrs/day focussed and achieve them consistently.
Let me know.

Thanks

Don't put in volume for the sake of putting in volume if it's hurting your game which it sounds like you say it is - people only really played absolutely masses of hands due to Stars' rakeback scheme which is dead now. If you're not motivated to play or not playing your best game, don't play

What was the rakeback scheme on Pokerstars?

I feel like I should utilize my ~27% rakeback on ACR by putting in more volume, but I’m always trying to learn (not at the point where I can make any substantial money and robot it up).

guys, I'm not playing on stars , playing on some domestic sites which has enough fishes, but the stakes are 2 levels smaller than I like and as a result I'm suffering from putting in volume.
I want to know what is an ideal volume goals that most full time online cash game players out in?

Thanks

Figure out how much you want to make. Figure out your win rate per hour. Divide to find out how many hours you need to play to win that much on average. Adjust from there

Nobody can give you precise numbers.

All I can say is that the vast majority of online pros in today’s games spend at least 40-50 hours/week on studying and playing. High stakes pros usually spend a higher percentage on studying because they have to and games also run less frequently. Micro stakes pros get in a ton of volume and often study way too little to improve.

No idea how bad your opponents are or how good your rakeback is, but playing 100k hands/month in non-zoom games is certainly a good starting point.

1. Set a volume goal that's realistic for you.
2. Create a plan to make sure you can realistically hit it.
3. Put the plan to action and don't procrastinate.
