When going over my opening ranges how to a determine which part of my opening ranges are for value and which are bluffs?

First you should ask yourself how you define “value” and “bluff”.

Let’s say you think AA is value and 72 is a bluff, what do you think about KTs? Does it matter if you are UTG or on the button? Does it matter if the remaining opponents call with 90% of their hands or 10%?

I don't think it's particularly useful to divide hands into value-bets and bluffs pre-flop. You just need to have an idea of which hands are profitable opens and which are not.
e.g. I routinely open 76s on the button. I'm not expecting to get called by worse, but the hand still has a slightly positive expectation, because it plays well post-flop. I'd usually fold K6o, even though it could get called by a hand it dominates (like 76s), because I don't think it's profitable long term (since it plays so badly when the raise is called or it faces a 3-bet).

Agreeing with Arty here. I think trying to give every action in the game a name is an exercise in futility, and why would you bluff pre anyway? If you want to play more hands, then why not add in a few extra SCs, suited aces etc that can get into value spots more often than random trash? None of that prevents you taking a stab later in the hand if you miss and you think the bluff might work

Thank you guys this was actually really helpful in short your saying I should think less about whether a hand is for value or a bluff preflop and more postflop and look to play hands that have a positive expectation depending on position preflop. is this correct?

Yes, that is correct.
