There's nowhere near enough information. What's your position? What are the stacks (not just yours)? How's the table playing? What are your reads on the players behind you? What's the payout structure? Do you think you have an edge on the table?

I am UTG 6 players left to act, final table my stack is 16BB highest stack is 95BB average stack is 55BB.
The final table has just started and 1 person has busted out. Couple of people are very loose and will easily call 3x or 4x raise who are deep stacked.

Payout structure is flat of about 66 entries. 8 places paid. Top 3 have any reasonable prize.

In general, the pay jumps are also important in order to make this decision.
IMO you can find better spots to shove.
This is a type of hand that I'd shove from the CO, Dealer of SB positions.

But that's only me...

eight handed, UTG, with only 16 bb behind, this is a fold to me. 16 bb is too much to shove, and I can't call a three bet here. You are facing the prospect of, at best, playing post flop out of position with TPNK against wide players.

If I had 10 BB or less, or if I was in later position, a shove becomes more reasonable.

That one is easy. You never limp this hand or any hand in this situation.

Fold from UTG.

Minraise or shove from the button (maybe the CO too), assuming everyone in front of you folded (maybe shove over some limps if the limper(s) have been limping pretty regularly).

Folding this utg particularly as there's loose players left to act. With 16bbs you aren't necessarily in the push/fold mode but I would be shoving this stack size in a lot of spots.

I think it is a fold unless you are on the button then it is a shove, or if you are playing me then the flop will come out 662 and you crack my aces.

Fold with 16bb in today's world .. You're giving 'too many' hands behind an opportunity to end up with something better. Remember that 'calling' Players should have a tighter range than 'shoving' Players. Even though that does sound like advice to shove here, it's not. Pretty much a fold, even though that Ace looks good!! GL
