When there is a raise and one or more callers should I look to squeeze every time I have the chance? When should I squeeze vs calling a raise with one or more callers already in the pot? how do I determine if a squeeze play will be profitable?

No, it depends, it usually isn't, turn off your caps in the other thread

Squeeze plays work best when the original raiser is raising too much with weakish hands and when the caller in the middle is a "see a flop and take it from there" kinda guy.

You want to look for combinations of these for squeeze spots.

They also work best when you look strong making the play. If you do it too often, you look weaker than you should be making the play and people should start to shove on you (forcing you to give up too easily or make calling mistakes and be behind too often).

Except in particular circumstances (e.g. in a tourney with loads of ICM pressure), you should mostly only squeeze with the same hands you'd 3-bet with if there was just one player in the pot.
You don't really want to bloat the pot with a weak hand if there's a chance that both players call, so stick with the range that does well in a heads up situation vs the original raiser. That same range will play pretty well if he folds and the cold-caller calls again. (The latter shouldn't happen very often, but fish will be fish and set-miners will be set-miners).
