I don't believe I ran hot because i wouldn't have gone up like three times again again.
There is a fine line between aggressive and balanced and spewtarded. If you observe Dougs game and try to mimic it at your stage without understanding the fundamental reasons behind them you're going to lose money, period.
Also you ran hot.

Do you have evidence of this?

I beat 00.2/0.05$ zoom consistently (some say zoom is a lot harder I don't know that per say but you might know how it really is so that might tell something about my skill) when I had a bigger bankroll then i stupidly tried to move into the higher ones my bankroll was not ready for them at all lost a lot of money went back but struggled since then very heavily maybe I've had a couple of lucky runs or something and I am trash I don't even know at this point.
So if you were to start over right now with $150 at 5NL you would be a winning player?

4. Maybe I typed it wrong or something. What I mean by 10ex if you had 2$ you would make it into 20 ( 2x10 is 20)
You make it seem like this happens all the time. Normal winning players don't multiply their bankroll on a dime. It might take months to double a 50 buy in bankroll. The quick way you win it is also the exact reason why you lose it. If you gamble it up and are able to win quickly then not only does the same variance get you back to even or losing quickly, it also prevents you from being a winning player.

I really want to make this poker thing work it would be so good to make some money on the side like this in my later life. I just need some help and I hope you or somone else helps me out..
Why the rush? If you're forcing results to come I guarantee you that you're losing money.
All in all I think you want too much too quickly. I'd say there is a high probability that you've never actually studied until now, and mind you that watching videos and other non interacting things are not studying. There is no reason you should be able to beat any stakes just because you played some hands and not only do you already assume it, you want more right away. In poker you need patience and being able to set yourself aside from the results. You've shown none of those traits. Playing poker for income is a stressful living so whatever the emotions you have right now are, they will be multiplied if you get there. Learn to control these or you are already dead in the water. The key is to study (not watch videos), play with focus and plenty of breaks, learn to handle swings, slowly build up and then let results determine what your options are. If you stagnate at any point, keep repeating until you either make it or results indicate it just isn't meant.
