"Odds the hand wins %" on TV

You know on TV poker how they have a % next to each persons hand like person A has a 78% chance to win person B has a 15% chance to win person C has a 7% chance to win for example.

Is this percent calculated for each persons hand with ONLY the knowledge of that person's hand or is it using the knowledge of EVERY hand.

Kinda curious because that would make a huge difference. It would be more instructional to calculate it using only the one person's hand.

Yup this.

The hand % are just for fun and viewing pleasure tbh.

In-game you have to think about ranges so the % of your hand vs their range will drastically be different to what is being shown on television.
