Does Pokerstars take rake from uncalled bets?

So say the pot is 20BB and I shove all-in for an extra 90BB and my opponent folds, does Pokerstars take the rake from the 110BB pot or just the 20BB pot?

No...From what I understand, Pokerstars only takes the rake from the total amount in the pot at that time. So yeah, it would only be rake on the 20BB. For example: same example as above, but the opponent calls, Pokerstars would then take the rake from the 200BB because both players called and are all in.

Just like in a live casino the bet isn't "raked" into the pot until someone calls or raises that bet.

Correct me if I'm wrong...

So yeah you can make a motion to bet and then someone folds you just take your bet back and it's as if it never even entered the pot. Above posts are right about it just being a 20 BB total pot (5% rake being 1 Big blind going into Pokerstars fat wallet)

The rake is reduced some, as the cap and possibly the % is lower; this is not a time to play games with 5% to 3bb cap even, not to mention to 6bb or 10bb where one all-in covers half or all the rake one pays per 100 hands (I had some 1.3 all-in per 100 hands in micro PLO if I didn't look it wrong).

The rakes at fast poker tables at GG were 7, 9, 11 bb/100 level from 2, 5, 10 PLO and they are similar at stars. Don't know why the difference at GG micro as the rake is 5% to 3bb cap. At PLO100 it would be 3bb cap but it hits more or less all the time and so the rake is like at PLO10 to PLO50, where it though is 12bb/100 level.

GG has jackpot at regular tables, and a possibility to like 20% rakeback here (Platinum fish forever), though it might be half of that if not losing? At Stars, what they give, 10% rakeback? GG gives 25c and sometimes 1d tickets, though the great battle tourney takes an hour and isn't worth it for 25 cents (or the ROI may be worth some more) when one has got some feel for it, and the expectation might be higher when one buys in to a 1 or 2d tourney instead and forgets that 25 cents. Sometimes one can win 30d or so GGCare, that I won twice in 50k hands at micros. I paid total of 250d rake minus GGCare, 10-20% rakeback and the tickets. PLO10 to 50 zoom at Stars would likely be a worse deal, but it makes little sense to play them anywhere.

******* (PPPoker software) has a lower rake for the free world, but one needs to usually build the PLO tables (I think it is fine as 3% to 3bb cap rake then; otherwise 5%), less so the PLO5C tables. NLH is more active.

CoinPoker (not sure the countries allowed) is similar (3% rake to 6bb cap till 50 level where it is some 4bb perhaps) and 20% rakeback if tokening or whatever in and then one is not to miss the chance to refer and be referred at it gives 30% of the referred guys rake (you can deal, and some shady affiliates might help you?). One needs to find e.g. a wallet that offers private keys before the deposit here possibly works, so try with a small amount.

P.S. My rake for GG is wrong as it contains the regular 4bb cap taken for drops that increases the winrate also, so figure it out yourself.
