Feels like if I call he'll show me an over pair. Guessing his range is something like 88-AA and AKs AQs. Can he have a missed flush draw?

He can have a missed FD, but more often that not he'll have exactly what you think he has. I would fold 99, call JJ/TT (and sometimes QQ, as I sometimes flat that pre).

Readless i'm probably insta folding river. Way less vilains are triple barrelling AK, AQ 88..
