as a fairly long time playing poker i have always avoided the use of tracking software, which i wish id have gotten on board with because im severely left behind, im sure i would be a lot better off had i have learned PT or HEM before now,

iv recently subscribed to free trial of PT4 and was given a months trial, i have played just under 5k hand at 0.04 micro stakes to get a sample size, about a weeks worth of sessions,

over all i was in profit but had no idea of my money won without showdown was so leaky,

iv read into it just briefly as its just come to light and it seems im on auto pilot most the time and cbetting to often then folding,

are there any articles on here that you can direct me too as this needs fixing asap as i see it eating into my overall win rate,

Almost everyone in the micros has a negative redline (I certainly do). If I was winning at 26bb/100 (albeit while running way above EV) the last thing I'd be worried about is my redline. The green one is the only important line on the graph. Come back after 25,000 hands, when your net $ might not be so impressive. If your redline losses are dragging down your winnings, then there are a few things you can do to improve the situation, but if your blueline is huge it really doesn't matter about the hands you fold.

Thing is im gona be starting a new site as the site im playing is paddy power whos max their rake at 22%

what im going to start now is getting PT4 for free on redkings, then prob move cash to partypoker as they have decent cash back, or would you have any suggestions on where to get best rake?

Wait, you're complaining about Paddy Power's rake, but then say you're playing there because of rakeback? You do realise that you need to consider rake and rakeback at the same time, right?

And then you say you're then going to move to Paddy Power, which makes no sense as you say you're already playing there, because they have decent cash back. Hint - it is better to play with 10% rake and no rewards than to play with 22% rake and get half of it back
