Hello 2+2, short question.

If a villain open raises 12% from UTG in our HUD stat, and we have enough hands like 2,3k is ok to asume he is opening 12% of hands range from there? I mean, not the number 12% itself, but the range its exactly 12%: 77+, A9s+, KTs+, QTs+, JTs, ATo+, KJo+ ??

And, how do we connect this with push range?

No, it's not. For a very simple reason.

You say "its exactly 12%: 77+, A9s+, KTs+, QTs+, JTs, ATo+, KJo+" while you have no idea if your opponent thinks that 12% should be that range of hands or a different one.

There's no fixed "this hand is better than that hand" thing unless you just want to compare hot/cold equities with each other.

Opening ATo or KJo UTG is just impossible with 12% PFR, people will find other hands instead of that trash. 89s is far more likely.

I understand, so how do you estimate a OR range?

till now I understand this: "it is 12% but not the exact hands shown when you put 12% in an app"

Definitely not as certain opponents can have hands they just like playing from different positions. For example 109 is villain's favourite hand so he always opens it utg but considers J10s a fold utg.
Villain can easily be adjusting his range on a given day on the basis of the other players at the table e.g perceived tough table: tighter range, perceived weak table: looser range.
