I'd 3bet that hand in the CO. as played I'm folding river since that's almost never a bluff at 10nl.

A tight villain won’t have the straight here or any two pair except for QTs which is only two combos. It’s also highly questionable if he c/c 22 on the flop or ever play AA/KK that way. That leaves him with TT/88/55 and almost nothing else that beats you.

So in theory, there’s good reasons to call. But the population read says that a tight NL10 player is way too unimaginative and risk averse to bluff in spots like that nearly often enough to make a call profitable. You need to be good 38% of the time, I don’t see that happen without having him seen bluff big before.

Villain's line is weird, so it looks very suspicious, but it's pretty hard to find any bluffs in his range (does the nit play 76s or A8s/98s like this?).
You should be able to fold here, as you should have some better hands to call with, although I'm sure about that. Would you ever check back the turn with a set, straight or two pairs? Maybe to prevent exploitation you should sigh-call AQ, but fold KQs, but villains are generally so value-heavy in that game that you can fold anything worse than top two.

I personally prefer checking the flop over betting.

You can fold this really easily and have no worries at all because he does this with nothing you beat and it's not a common spot or line so you don't really need to spend to much time worrying about it either.

Is this actually 10NL online? If so, how do you know he is tired?

Are you asking how OP knows that he was tired while playing that hand?
