A lot of scammers and defunct sites if you look deeper into this.

You need a minimum of 100K playmonney chips in order to be able to send them... for 40 cents. And they wont give you more than 0.01$/2.5K chips if you sell more, it's always the same ratio. In other words, if you start playing high stakes playmonney chips, which would be NL20K, it is the equivalent of playing with converted blinds worth 0.0004$-0.0008$. It's probably better to grind playmonney Sit n Goes, since the highest buy in would be 200K playmonney chips, or 80 cents.

I remember once I martingaled HU SNG and started from 1K to 200K in one evening, but then I lost them all in 2 sit n goes

this guy prob works at this site and wants to scam you because thats what happens with this stuff they aweser them selfs under 5 diffrent screen names and are pretty lame. they try all kinds of stuff but I don't really know him.He only has 3 posts tho Good luck make sure they take pay pal then you can alest try to get your money back

fwiw I've heard of them before, and it's only play money chips so even if it was a scam I guess you could rebuild your play money bankroll again DUCY.
