Tough spot for any poker stake and there are a lot of points we can look at ..
1) What is your history with the table and UTG+1
2) What is 'supposed' to be your range when UTG?
3) What is +1 range?
4) See above and then decide if it's 'good' to be betting this Flop into 2 Players?
5) If you are betting this Flop, why aren't you continuing on Turn as well when a blank hits the Board? (This screams weakness and/or flush draw)
6) If you had a flush draw, why wouldn't you jam River? (This is why +1 hesitated)
7) What hands are you expecting to fold when you jam when +1 has so little behind? +1 only has to win 1 in 6 times to break even (I think).
8) Depending on your style you could consider a c/r on Turn when +1 bets so weakly (This will be a spew move to some players)
9) The results of this hand may never change no matter what you do differently once the Turn comes out, but there's not much to say about PF.
Depending on your style I think you need to make a decision on the Flop to either check call or double barrel into the ranges of a typical +1 and B. The B especially can smash this Board, but once they fold out on the Flop I think I'm more inclined to continue on a blank Turn. A +1 will have a lot of Tx or Jx type of hands that may fold out to a double barrel from UTG. If they call you still have some equity to hit a set or straight.
I think in this spot I'm more inclined to c/c the Flop and see what develops on the Turn. So from that POV, yes, you did overplay a bit here (and your shove). In a spot like this I lean towards how/if I'm going to get paid and by which Player and then decide if I'm more likely to win by generating folds or having to improve my hand.
That's a lot of mish-mash I know. But I do see this as a 50-50 spot on the Flop into the ranges of these two positions at the table. I do like your bet sizing on the Flop (bigger even?) also since you want draws to pay AND you probably wont get paid by a one pair hand if a straight card comes out on the Turn so you need to build the pot before you improve. This comes down to your table image. GL
