i have been using this hand chart from the SB

its from an article from upswing poker located here
https://upswingpoker.com/use-these-4...l-blind-smart/

it refers to a SB 3betting chart against the cutoff. I have been adjusting by adding the raise/fold hands listed vs the BTN and cutting the weaker hands facing a raise from early position.

but when i look at my 3bet from SB vs steal statistic from pokertracker, its telling me if 3 betting from the SB way too much, with ideal being like 8-12%. This range is like 14%+

I'm wondering what you think of this approach at the micros (2NL-10NL) and if i should be looking to ever flat from the SB. Should i just ignore this stat from pokertracker or find a new range from the SB?

In the micros, I think it's OK to have a very small flatting range in the SB (usually just hands like 77/66), but mostly you should be 3-bettting or folding vs opens by CO or BTN. I wouldn't go quite as wide as Upswing suggests, however, especially if the opener is a weak player. Your light 3-bets will get called very often, and it's not much fun playing 7-high post-flop OOP in a bloated pot vs a calling station.

I'd ignore the Pokertracker leaktracker thing or whatever it's called. I think the stats they use are either out of date or based on global averages that include the numbers of bad players.

I think blindly following a chart is a really bad way to learn how to play poker.

This is a bad starting point that'll get you in tonnes of trouble post-flop and is pretty bad against the lowest stakes that you will likely be playing. i.e. KQo is a really good hand to 3bet against loose passive players that call too much whilst a hand like 44 is pretty dreadful.

What is a weaker hand? What is a stronger hand?

What stakes do you play? 2nl-10nl is such a wide range of skill. Where do you play? Do you play normal/fast poker?
