If anyone can answer this please, I don't play Omaha and came across this interesting question.
Scenario
Hand 1: T645
Hand 2: A822
Board: 47844
Hand 1 has a straight, how come hand 2 hasn't got full house?

It does.
And hand 1 has 4 of a kind not a straight.

In Omaha, you play exactly 2 cards from your hand and exactly 3 cards from the board.
So player 1 plays 4444T and player 2 plays 44422.

Sure.
In Omaha you must use two and ONLY two of your hole cards plus three and ONLY three on the board to make the BEST five card hand.
So hand 1 you would use T4(444) and hand 2 would use 22(444).
