In order for us to help you with your issue and since you can't access your email, we will first need to verify your account information.
If you have access to your registered email address, please contact us again and re-submit your request using this other email account, and we will be more than glad to assist you further. If you no longer have access to your registered email address, provide us with the following information to permit account verification:
- Your Stars ID (best guess if unsure)
- Your name
- Your mailing address (the one registered to your account)
- ZIP/Postal Code
- Your date of birth
- Any email address that may be registered to your account
- A telephone number in case we need to contact you
Your personal information is only used to verify you as a Stars Account owner, and it will not be used by us for any other purpose.
