BRM shouldn't change if you're multitabling assuming that doing so doesn't drastically reduce your edge, and if it does, play less tables
Equilab is free and Flopzilla was $25 the last time I checked, so if you're just starting out on the cheap equilab is probably a better choice. If you're thinking about things like combinations, ranges and how often your opponents fold to a c-bet, Flopzilla will analyze a lot more situations and is probably the better choice.
For a lot of these downloaded poker tools, if you type the name of the program in the YouTube search box you will find quite a few videos on how to use it.
