Yes, welcome to the Forums.

In No Limit you can use one, both or even zero of your holding cards to try and claim a pot. In this case the Winner used their Ace to fill in a Full House. Whereas the other holding used both cards to complete a Flush.

In the game of Omaha mentioned above, each Player MUST use two of their four holding cards (and three from the Board) to create their best hand at Showdown. GL

3 of a kind plus 2 of a kind = a full house, which beats your hand (a flush) by one rank but don't be pissed for losing 25 cents that's poker.
