Hi guys. I'm a losing player at tournaments over a 4000 game sample. I've decided I want to learn how to win at cash game poker. I'm interested in single tabling online. I wanna play live cash games eventually so I've decided to practice on 888 playing 2NL 9max. What are some good resources for me to use to become a winner in these games then move up once i feel i'm beating the game? I'm going to have a look through the micro stakes FR forum.

any other resources? cheers.

Cash is way less tilting..

888 is way softer than the Pokerstars of this world.. I think following this guide to the letter will beat up to 10NL full ring on 888 : ) Get a good HUD set up which shows all the most relevant stats (loads of guides on here if you look for them), and learn to play way differently against the different player types... Especially after 7pm GMT, even more so after 11pm GMT... But yeah you really have to just know your opponent and then adjust.

In cash you get to see the same villains a LOT more often at the micros, mainly due to the huge fields..
