Don’t ever open limp the button unless you know exactly what you are doing.
Postflop betsizes: you bet the river and leave yourself 9BB behind. Do you think that’s good?

1) Don't show results. They don't matter.
2) Open raise A7o 2.5 - 3x pre (I prefer 3x) from button.
3) Raise bigger on flop.. not terrible that you went with that sizing but his bet was small in the first place (I think 1/4? pot?)
4) Can probably just jam this in on the turn like Madlex mentions. You have 8bb behind.
Just my few points.

Raise pre. I think 3 streets is fine here especially as villain is taking a passive line. Don't think we can fold otr. There isn't a limit or cap on how badly other players can play and the turn call is actually fine from his perspective. If you want to be forgiving you can imagine he floated otf [with backdoor fd/sd and overcard] with a plan to bluff you off a one pair hand or better unpaired hand on a later street. No idea why he's leading otf though. Villain probably doesn't take this line if you raise pre.

Don't limp any hand, ever, without exceptions, until you understand why.
