Anyone know how long it takes before I can PM someone? I lost contact with a friend but I know he still comes o. this forum so I created an account just so I can get back in contact with him but it's taking a long time

Its a complicated algorithm that works over time and quality. Someone can make a few quality posts and the PM ability snaps right on. Someone makes a bunch of rapid fire crap no content posts and it may never come on.
