moving to a country where theres no online poker?

currently in a country where online poker is allowed. have a choice of moving to another country where online poker is banned.
if i want to get good at mtts should i stay in the country i am now and play up to four tables of mtts online with the occasional live tourneys as well?
will be playing at the $11 level with a $1500 bankroll on party,stars 888.

Unless you are a professional poker player, your decision to move somewhere should not be made based on the availability of a game on the internet.
That would be like someone who enjoys eating contests deciding his next move based on the availability of a Nathan’s Famous Hotdog stand.
