Most Easily Translatable Online to Live Game

I’ll preface this by mentioning I’m well aware online and live poker vary significantly (Far more limping, fewer opening/3-betting, more casual players, etc.).
This said, I’m interested in playing a lot of live poker and supplementing it with online poker to improve my game. Would it be worth it to play full ring online so that I can most easily translate those skills to live? Or would it be alright to play 6-max instead, if that’s the format I enjoy learning about the most (but is far less frequently played live).
All opinions welcome, even those not strictly related to my questions.

IMO, play 6 max because:
1. You like it more (most important reason).
2. You can learn and improve fundamental poker skills which you need for any format.
3. The difference between online and live is far greater than between FR and 6 max online so don't worry about it.
This is my 2c from doing this myself. Others might disagree.
Adjusting to live is tricky, the main thing is to be very patient.
