[a small sample size]:

CHAPTER 1: tight and polite

If you have the button first, (tank a bit and) fold. If you have the small blind first, click auto-fold. If you have the big blind first, click auto-call any amount. No matter what.

CHAPTER 2: suit and lie, take some loot if you know why

No "danglers" or "double suited" in levels 1 or 2, unless you are if the small blind and want to pot it. Flip a coin and c-bet if it lands on heads.
