how to use a pokerstars ticket ?

Hi, I won a PS ticket for playing too much but cant figure out how to use it. It's not spin&go tickets you win by opening chests, it's another kind of ticket I suppose.
It still wants to charge me even tho I have a shiny ticket for it. Please look at the picture below.

That is strange.

If you click on the ticket in your 'my stars' it will show you a list of available tournaments. You should be able to just click one of those.

It was just issued to you today - have you tried closing the client and then opening it again? Maybe it hasn't yet recognized that you have a ticket to use.

Still nowhere to be found today, I have to contact the support I guess. weird. Does anyone have the little red dot too beside the ticket tournament name just like in the picture I posted ?

edit: pokerstars gave me another ticket today but this one is useable ... https://i.imgur.com/P1NXWnw.jpg
The problem is the spin&go ............
