How do I covert hands to post on the forum?

Ah I've figured it out. I'm using Hold'em manager 3. There is an option to "copy", and and option to "copy with stats". If I just use "copy", then it doesn't format it, or, hide the names - which is what I couldn't figure out how to do. I assumed "copy with stats" meant it would copy with the HUD stats or something so I never tried it. But the "copy with stats" does format it properly and hide the names.
There are also options in the Hand History Viewer and Replayer of HM3 to copy the hand in 'TwoPlusTwo Forums' format.
