Seems like you identified your first leak. Just based on how often you play hands, your villains pretty much know your range and when you're good on the flop. They can fold on bad flops for them to wait for the times where you likely just have TP to take you for a big loss.
You'll want to open up your game the right way. That doesn't mean playing crap from any position, but to slow start adding hands on the button that you'll raise pf. Without know your range on the button, you would start by moving the best hand you'd fold pf to a raise. Keep going every week or two until you've got a range where people know that while you're mostly playing good cards, there's almost no flop that will completely miss you.
