You have to learn how to sort your edges.

Count cards and be very, very patient. And be content with a winrate equivalent to sweatshop wages.

I thought they are using many decks so it's impossible to count?

I'm pretty sure you beat it by not playing it.

1) Large enough bankroll
2) Set a realistic goal (% of bankroll)
3) Have discipline (leave once goal is reached)

One of the most basic systems involve doubling your unit bet every
time you lose a bet so in the event you have a infinite supply of funds you should always at one point be on top with the option to walk away. Sounds easy yes, but obviously no one has an infinite amount of funds or the bankroll to sustain a long string of losses.

Never play the Tie or Pairs bets. When in doubt always bet on banker.

Signing up with VIP programs give you an edge in baccarat as opposed to playing the game on the mass gaming floor as you get ~2.5% of your rolling figure (in Macao casinos at least) returned in the form of comps. Please play responsibly and within your limit.

Does 1-3-2-4 or 1-3-2-6 system better than increasing your bet on the other side once u lose 1 bet

I love any thread where Martingale is given as a serious answer.

I have no idea, I've played 0 hands of baccarat in my life. I just know WizardOfOdds and another site said it's theoretically possible to beat Baccarat by counting, but that you'd have to stand there for hours and hours without making any bets before you found a slightly +EV opportunity.

If you don't count, obviously you can't beat Baccarat, because math.

Both lose a shat ton. Again, math. The sum of individual -EV wagers is...
Spoiler:
a negative EV.

Seriously, the game can not be beat consistently. I suggest just playing when on a heater.

Texas holdem? I think this game is also almost dead. The market boom has ended way past few years ago where Chris moneymaker...

Texas Hold'em is a skill based game where the only "house edge" is the rake. Rake can be overcome by playing higher stakes.
Baccarat is a game you play directly against the casino and the house always has an edge.

Asking for a strategy to beat Baccarat is akin to asking for a strategy to beat slots, 3-card poker, or Roulette. The only way to beat those games is to:

A) Play during special promotions in which the casino temporarily offers the players an edge. Canterbury Park used to have an envelope giveaway from 11 AM - 1 PM on Sundays. Qualifying hands would receive a mystery envelope containing $6 - $200, sometimes a free race bet + admission, and sometimes a $50 gas card. During this time some casino games could be beaten.

B) Find a way to cheat, a la Phil Ivey, who found himself on the wrong end of a lawsuit.

C) Become a whale and find a way to get an edge on the house through rule changing and comps, a la Don Johnson.

I'm not sure that Baccarat is a game that can be beaten consistently. I'm also not sure what the house edge is, but even you were capable of edge sorting you would still only have a small advantage.

I think you are just as likely to beat Blackjack, or more than likely not beat it, especially over a long period of time. You may win some money, but if you continue to play you will dump it all back. Although there is strategy involved, Baccarat is not a game of skill in the way that poker is. In casino poker, you play against the other players, not the house. The casino only makes money from the rake.

It can't be beat. If it could, casinos would have no reason to run it. It would be removed.

Exactly! This was pretty much my point but in less words. Any casino table game cannot be "Beat" unless you are using some type of advantage play that gives you an edge instead of the house. Casino's aren't going to offer games where they don't have an edge. If they did, everyone would play that game and be a winner with a large enough sample size. I am not aware of any "Professional" Baccarat players, although no doubt people play the game. Phil Ivey is one of the most notable for taking two casinos for millions, but unfortunately, he did not win the lawsuit, even though I feel he should have in my opinion. He did not cheat, but rather used a technique that turned the odds in his favor and allowed him to win as much as he did. Even with his advantage, he still had a possibility of losing. More than likely if you are contemplating playing Baccarat professionally, or any other table game for that matter you will end up broke at some point. If you want to "Gamble" for a living, stick to poker as skill plays a much larger role than casino games. That's not to say poker is easy to beat either, but your chances of being successful long term are much greater if you are a good player, and feel you have an edge over your opponents.

When in Vegas, I will play some Bacarrat, but I don't expect to make any money. It is more or less for enjoyment, and just to mix things up from sitting at the poker table all day/night. It can be a fun game, and you certainly can win some money, but long term it is just a bad strategy if your goal is to "Beat" the game. It is not beatable! The best odds you will get is having the house with about a minimum of a 1% advantage if playing optimal strategy. I really doubt the average person would be able to edge sort/count cards, and even if capable it doesn't guarantee winning over a large sample size.

If you get ahead, never play again. If you don't, raise the bets till you are ahead or busto.
