I currently play 5nl (almost 10k hands done winning $14 with an EV of $42) and would like to be playing 25nl in a few months

I'm currently looking at grinder school as it seems to cater for the real micro stakes and was wondering if anyone has used this site yet as I think the others like DC are aimed at higher levels.

Also I'm starting todo session reviews.
I choose all big pots won and lost and see if there's any mistakes, if I got sucked out on or if I sucked out on them.
Also looking at my stats to see if there too loose, too passive etc and starting some more in depth checks ie from the blinds vs B and C/O how do I perform against them if I call or 3bt (quite a difference)
Will start looking at hole cards too.
What other things do people look at during a quick session review and more so when they do a more in depth one to help spot leaks?

Whether you're struggling to beat the micros or not, there's a lot of great series at GS that are well worth a 3-month sub. Add in the live play videos and you've got enough ammo to get to NL50 relatively quickly provided you're not a mouth-breathing donk. I'm not affiliated with them or sub there anymore but def recommend them for your situation.

**** training site imo. For me only +ev coaches were TDA (who has a bunch of vids on YT anyway) and maybe a couple others.

If yourw going to do a site, do RIO and if you refuse to do that IL is next best imo. I can give you names of some good coaches on either site for your level. Honestly though there's so much good free content on YT. Wouldn't find training sites highest EV til you're besting 10nl.

Grinderschool has a free weekly podcast which might help you get an idea of their coaches' skills. Some are better than others.
