Got some stick for making the call on this hand, although I though it was reasonable considering the number of outs I had and the lack of 3 bet from villain (BB) pre flop...let me know what you think

You're ahead of his range of made hands and even against better flush draws you still have outs so gii is fine. I don't know about posting the results of the hand though, might skew responses?

ok, so this goes from seat 1 to 8 to 9, was this actually three handed or have you hacked out everyone else before you raised?

This is how you get more skilled by posting hands and thinking about them for next time it comes up.

I would never fold this hand and always calling. This situation is not very common too.

I'm snap calling. The overbet shove is fishy and IME unlikely to be nutted. We have outs against any hand and are in good shape against two pairs and one pair hands. We are only in bad shape against sets and this behaviour is very unlikely to be a range of exactly sets.

If you got stick for the call, I guess he had 76 suited and got counterfeited? Because if so you were ahead anyway.

Without having checked exact equities here, SD+FD is usually a smaller underdog against sets than it is against bigger FDs.

Hero should have over 40% equity against sets but against better FDs he’s probably only around 35%.
