i have been reading about hand ranges and generally i know what hands to play in what position so im struggling if someone raises utg i generally now put them on jacks or better but some people can raise in first position with rags and i will believe they have a good range i can usually narrow their range by the end of the hand and giving them my chips in the process lol also i play on ggpoker rush game so a bit difficult to know all the players
also i generally put people on the button on a weak hand its so frustrating to know what to do

The best start if you don't know a player specifically is to start with the range that you would play there. Usually this will at least be close enough for you to get started. As you get to know a player you can adjust those ranges based on their play. Do they show looser hands that I wouldn't expect from that specific position and betting choice? Do they never seem to play a hand to the point where I have to tighten up the range? Be careful with these reads however on limited samples as anyone can go on a heater or get cold decked. Try to base it off hands you see the actual cards not just that a player seems to play one way or another after 50 hands of play.

If you play online get a HUD program to help with tracking the player's stats. This is a must for any level of the game that you are playing at.

Good luck!
