Pre looks kind of bad, raise size seems excessive (lol pot button) and folding to the three bet seems automatic given that a huge part of villain's range dominates you and you're committing too much of your stack. Check behind the flop, that flop hits a lot of villain's range hard and given the SPR it's very easy for him to jam over your bet, which is exactly what happens. We've got a draw, take the free card

The only non-questionable decision in the hand is the call on the flop getting 3:1. That one should be automatic.

Making it 6.5BB pre is almost as bad as calling the huge 3bet for 20% of your stack. QTs is a ridiculously bad hand to do that, especially if villain doesn't have JJ (and lower PPs) in his range. Even against [AA, KK, QQ, AK, AQs, JJ], 76s is a better hand to call.

If you really think he's putting in 20BB with a polarized range (which is unlikely at micro stakes), it's hard to see how calling could be better than shoving.

When you make big iso-raises, it's actually rare to see a light 3-bet. I wouldn't iso QTs there, but if I did I'd definitely fold to the huge 3-bet. You should pretty much never be putting 19bb into the middle with QTs just to see a flop.
FWIW there's even an argument for checking back the flop, due to you blocking the hands you want villain to have (QQ/TT), and not having much equity vs AK+ and NFDs that can check-jam on you.

A pot sized raise would be to $5.50. Pre is too ambitious, you should check instead, and facing the three bet you should surely fold.

On the flop you should check back, as in general you should be less inclined to semi bluff in position. Having bet I don't mind the stack off. You are getting just under 2:1, so unless villain has a set or the nut flush draw you should be okay.

Raising QTs vs braindeads with 40% ranges is totally fine, especially if they always raise their QQ+ hands and limp the rest. Sizing is slightly big but if that encourages A5s and stuff to fold go for it. Calling the 3bet not so much.
