What are peoples thoughts? my roommate thinks I played it bad. I would explain my thinking on it but I already typed out a long post and the site said I wasn't logged in and I lost it all so I'm not in the mood to type it all out again.

If you could give me your opinions it would be appreciated.

All right as I have time I'll break down my thinking here.

So typically in these small micro's a 3x raise or more from early position like that leans towards the top of ranges. So when two callers come in I have a default three bet here with AdQd. However because its early in a tournament I'm not prepared to flip with my hand and I don't want to get it in bad against AK, AA, KK, QQ. So I opt to call instead of three bet. Also allows me to not always have a default of 3 betting. Most players with good hands this early will typically shove with AKo or AKs so I think the two villains that called have weaker ranges which could be quite wide at this point.

Once the flop comes I opt to lead as again typically I have a check raise strategy here and occasionally lead out instead to balance my ranges and betting. I vary my betting from 1/3 1/2 and 3/4 give or take on each sizing. I opt for 3/4 as I don't want to play a large multiway pot on the turn against a lot of bad cards and also don't want the original raises to check back and then face a free turn. I want to make them pay to see and also pay to hit their draw so I opt for a larger sizing.

Its been my experience that whenever I get min raised players always have something. It rarely ever fits them having a draw or bluff. Combined with the players position and 3x raise preflop I'm putting him on the top of his range. I have top pair top kicker though and I'm not ready to give up just yet and prepare to check shove turn. I'm thinking I'm against hands like AA, KK, QQ, JJ, AKs, AQo, A10s, KQo KQs, QJs.

Once the K comes on the turn and I check and he bets half pot. I just don't think there are enough hands left in his range to make calling and stacking here profitable.

My roommate thinks I played it bad. I agree I could jam over the min raise or check jam flop. Both are viable. That said I also don't think my call check was a bad line either.

Just check whole range on the flop. AP rest is fine.

Your range is capped when you call pre in the SB. Don't bother having a leading range when it's massively multiway. Just check 100%.
This hand would mostly be a check-call. In multiway pots you only want to play a big pot with the effective nuts or a draw to the nuts. One pair isn't very strong in this spot, so play it like a bluff-catcher and check-call.
