I'd pot it to 7.50 pre. Post-flop plays itself, as you said (you can use any flop size, really, if you balance it correctly), but I think just calling the turn raise is slightly better than jamming, for the rare occasions villain is getting creative with something airy that might bomb the river. There are no huge draws you need to get value from, and you wouldn't be playing any bluffs by jamming, so your range is a bit face up.
