Good database review videos?

I returned to online play after a long hiatus and I am trying to find good resources on how to do an in depth database review. I have searched YouTube and a lot of the content is 4+ years old and I know the game meta has changes but HEM2 barley has so some of the information is still relevant and some not. I have put in 100k zoom hands at 25nl and 50nl 6max last month and although I'm winning, it looks like I'm a rakeback grinder except Stars pretty much gutted that. I do general database reviews but I feel like I'm not using HEM to its potential
