It's a pretty clear fold pre. You've got someone open jamming 32bb UTG, two people flatting 32bb, and another getting his last 8.5bb in the middle.
While it's possible you have the best hand pre-flop, it's highly unlikely that you'll beat everyone often enough to break even. Even if there were just 2 players with AK and QJ or similar, you have so many cards to dodge that 99 is unlikely to hold. The flat calls are often even stronger than that, however. I wouldn't be surprised if the first caller has AA or KK.
You definitely can't set-mine for that price, as you'll hate 85% of flops.
