So in the MTT that I play (freeroll or micro) , a lot of players play very lose with a VPIP of 50+ and PFR around 10 , and I'm having trouble with the sizing preflop I can't isolate , even a x2.8 x2.2 x3 from utg their aren't scared and call , when there is a 3bet pre flop and someone behind me call I tend to fold and in the end the opponent have bad cards.

So my question would bee how to beat a very loose player , and how to beat lose player on a low board when you have premium hands that don't touch the flop or turn , I call pot to see the turn when I have to overboard but if he 2 barrell I fold most of the time because I am afraid to check raise .

My VPIP being 39 and PFR 28 , because sometimes there some ppl that sit out so it happened once where we were HU in a 6ring and 3 ppl in a 6ring but otherwise my VPIP is around 18-25 VPIP and a PFR 13-20 , but as I said my sizing isn't good at those stakes I feel like the only way to isolate is to shove , because player call everything even a 5 bet with a middle pair on a very wet board.
I need to be better than that and improve my game because I'm ITM only 10% on MTT with a lot of beginner and only did 2 tf

i actually never deposited online, i understand this stuff intimately

don't even attempt playing normal poker in these until the end.

tighten up your preflop raise and either limp to hit yahtzee or raise heavily

don't be afraid to open shove, you'll often be called with KTo

just understand this is a massive waste of time, don't bother collecting stats or trying to play, just fold fold fold and jam premiums and before you know it the really terrible players are gone and you can play some real poker for the most part - but this won't happen until at least 60-80% are busto

Yes just saw this with this hand , just look his VPIP , he 3bet shoved 75s utg before and won , I feel like this is just variance but I made my range really tight I think with a x3 raise utg I show AKo/s AQs AA KK QQ strong hand he shoves I snap call , if it was someone else I would have tanked specially just after loosing KK vs AA on another MTT

i'm telling you, don't collect freeroll data

it's really going to mess you up if you every play these guys for real money or later stages or the mtt where they totally switch gears

any data you collect now will only give you false narratives for times you actually need it

You're talking to someone who's grinded up 5 figures across several sites without ever depositing just to prove i can do it

trust me, any data you collect or act on in a freeroll is going to kill you long term

stop, just stop

also, it makes no sense to use paid software for freerolls...

Ok I'm gonna stop , it's a 1 month free trial , ok understood eitheir limp fold due to player not raising preflop , and only play premium hands .
You mean open shove at early stage at 100bb deep , or open shove 15bb polar.
Is it better to play 15bb polar or 15-20bb limp in freeroll?

just start open shoving during first level, you'll be called by 1-2 guys at least 50% of the time.

honestly, if this is your first rodeo, this is going to be wildly counterproductive and you'll just learn to play horribly

deposit a few bucks, grind nl2 or micro sngs and keep the freerolls in a different color where you either limp or shove and nothing else until at least half to 2/3 the field is gone and then you can play real poker

i only did the no deposit challenge because I was an accomplised live pro that wanted a weekend and evening challenge.

it seems you're starting from the beginning, trust me dude, this won't end well, freerolls are nothing like paid mtts because nobody cares, they are learning the game like you or someone multitabling that just doesn't care and not willing to pay it any attention

it'll only enforce horrible decision making, you'll subconciously pick up horrible play styles and it'll make you a much worse player
