Equilibrium or fixed strategies? Equilibrium or fixed strategies?

how to go trough some detailed but fixed strategies like raise x-bb on the last position with two specific cards before the flop, when we know that we can profit most when we choose our decisions based on other players on the table and we should do different actions at the exactly similar situation except different player. and if this is a reachable and better way for playing poker, what are the elements that get us more near to it?

For now, you should just assume that a preflop hand is either profitable (+ev) or unprofitable (-ev) as an open raise.

Memorize a preflop chart and assume that you've chosen only profitable hands to raise and unprofitable hands to fold.

This will give you a good default mindset from which you may deviate from with reads.
