Daily MTT line check, hero utg3 w/ AA

this is a daily MTT with 20k starting chips and 20 min levels

25k stack 100bb we cover half of table, hero in utg3 with AA raises to 300, four callers, flop q57 rb checks to me bet 1200 three callers. turn 8x checks to me bet 7k two folds and the BB calls for his stack.

I'm looking for comments/criticism. Something I think I could do different here is over bet big on the flop and then on safe turns bet rather than bet into the straight potential like I did and do the same on safe rivers, where if he checks a safe river I value bet.

So if its a 25k stack and 100bb, that makes the BB 250 - how did you raise to 300 exactly? What stack did villain and all the callers have?

I meant I have 25k Chips and the Big Blind is 100 chips.
The BB had something like 10K chips, but I know other villains stacks were that most of them had around starting stacks.

Well if you're getting that many callers with a 3bb raise, then raise more
