As in the image above, I would like to know when I should call.

Am I supposed to call when the win odds % is a higher number than the pot odds %.....

Or do I call when the pot odds % is a bigger number than the win odds %?

I think the win odds % just means the chance of hitting your hand.

Thanks a lot

Think of the pot odds as the proportion of the pot that you need to contribute to stay in it. Think of the win odds (or hand equity) as the share of the pot you expect to win.

If you expect to win 40% of the time ('win odds' or hand equity), but you only have to contribute 33.33% of the pot (this is the pot odds you get when villain makes a pot-sized bet, btw), then it's a profitable call.

In basic terms, a cheap price => call more often. A high price (a big bet in relation to the size of the pot) => fold more often.

P.S. If your winning chance is close to or above 50%, you should never fold (in a cashgame, at least), because you're the favourite to win. It's always profitable to get your money in as a favourite.
