When is ok¿ and when is ok bet big¿
I dont understand good this, this size is basically for bet turn allways when villain call¿
I assume this size is only vs regs or nits, never vs fish¿ this size is ok vs aggresive regs¿

as a general rule, if you have a range advantage, you want to bet small but very often (the bigger you range advantage is, the smaller you want to bet), and if your opponent has a range advantage, you need to bet rarely, but if you bet, use a bigger sizing. This is a game theory concept, so it does not matter who your opponents are.

For example (for simplification lets assume both players are playing good preflop strats), btn opens, you 3bet sb, he calls. If the board comes 227r, you want to cbet your full range for around 25-30% pot. In the same spot, if the board comes T98ss, you would want to cbet closer to 30% of your range (might even be a full range check), but use sizing close to full pot if you decide to bet.

Thank you for answare man, i understand. But is very difficult for me understand how i should build my sizes and range vs different guys in exploitible terms.
In 227r for example, vs a guy who fight all pots like a agro reg or fish what i should do¿ how i need change my strategy¿ i need 3bet strong range and only cbet my best bluffs like a 2overs+BDF and X/F other hands¿ example X/F with AXo, KQo, etc¿ if its ok what size i should use vs agro reg¿ vs fish understand i can bet small with bluf and big for value
If is no ok, if i need cbet full range yet vs this guys, i need cbet turn a lot because this guys have a wide range¿ no is risk fight vs this guys this pots¿
This is a OOP example, i have doubts what changes be in IP spot vs this guys too, because imagine i should can cbet a wide range IP

like I said, what I wrote is game theory based, so it does not take adjustments into account. Exploits vs particular opponents is something you need to work out yourself, because you are the one with knowledge of how they play. Some of those adjustments are pretty obvious - opponent doesnt fold? Only bet for value. Opponent bluffs too much? Check valuehands to him. Etc.

However, you would be surprised how often solid, theory based play is actually optimal. For example, common platitude in poker is "dont bluff calling stations". However, the fact that they refuse to fold on flops and turns means that they end up with tons of weak hands on rivers, and since recreational players tend to call off tighter in large pots, triple barreling them at optimal frequency can be surprisingly effective.
