Card range vs table position Card range vs table position

Hey guys I’m pretty new to the “serious” side of hold’em and I am starting to play a lot more. I have a question as to how my range should change as my position changes. I play at a game with a LOT of loose players, in and out of position. Should expand my range in LP or BTN to include hands like 10/9s A/9s?
How do your range change with position and/or the tightness or looseness of a table?

You can play a (much) wider range on the button than any other position, just in general, but where you draw the line really depends (on lots of factors).
Regarding T9s and A9s, do you mean in spots where there's been a raise, or a bunch of limpers?

EP and MP I usually only Fold or raise with good starting hands. When it comes to LP and BTN with a 4xBB raise from someone in EP, I will extend my range to play a lot more SC and lower PP. I feel having position is MORE important than the actual cards unless there is a serious raise or a 3b from someone. A lot of action in our game is pre flop and a lot of the time, when the flop come rainbow with no paint, BTN can steal if it is checked through. Am I over valuing the BTN position?

If the standard raise is 4x, it's gonna be hard to recoup that with hands like A9s or T9s. Those kind of "speculative" hands tend to do a bit better when stacks are deeper or the raise was smaller, such that you have a high stack-to-pot ratio (SPR) post-flop.
