+1 to what Kelvis said. Don't do much calling in position. It caps your range and it invites other people to squeeze or overcall, both of which are bad for you.
While you can often call in position with some mid-strength hands that have decent equity vs the opener (stuff like TT-88, AQ, AJs) and that can sometimes defend vs a squeeze, you should be 3-betting more often than calling. If you're 3-betting JJ+ and AK at the top of your range, you should balance those premium hands with stuff like KQs, ATs, A5s, A4s, 76s, 65s that don't do particularly well as calls, but that have blockers and equity vs villain's flatting range (but also have easy folds vs a 4-bet by an EP player).
At 25NL+ especially, it's not going to be very profitable to go set-mining with 66-22, or to try and see flops with suited connectors like 98s. I typically just fold the hands that don't flop very strong hands or nut draws. You should also be folding (or occasionally 3-betting) with dominated hands like AJo or KQo, as those play very badly as calls.
