Best Poker Software 2019 for small stakes

What poker software would you recommend to review £1/2 NLHE and 10-100NL?
CardrunnersEV looks good but it seems like no one uses or talks about it in recent years. I'm not sure about the applicability of pokersnowie or piosolver at these stakes. I think my main aim is to understand ranges and EV in particular spots to improve my decision making whilst playing.
Any advice on newer software that I am not aware of?

I'm playing 1/2 live cash in the UK and 5nl but want software good for up to 100nl.
I don't currently use any software, i've used pokerstove a bit in the past.

Get Equilab or Flopzilla, as they are more powerful than Stove.
I wouldn't recommend getting a solver (like GTO+, the cheaper alternative to Pio) until you're comfortable with building ranges and running equities in Equilab.
