hey, was wondering if any had any suggestions on good free study guides to improve poker play. I do not have it in me to spend 700+ dollars when the internet is full of free information. Although I must say, my ADD is so serious that its very difficult to navigate the internet without a clear step by step guide on how to go about improving. There is so much theory and different lessons out there, and my poker knowledge is not too in depth, so I don't know where to begin and how to continue from there. If anyone has any suggestions it would be greatly appreciated.

Micro FR Concept of the Week Index. Scroll through the list of threads for a topic or find the earliest posts and read them all. In 2019, not exactly the latest and greatest...but will certainly help you form a good foundation

Step 1: Have a shower and put some clothes on.
Step 2: drive, walk, cycle, crawl to your local libary.
Step 3: look for poker books by asking the librarian.

some libraries if not all can get books in from other library for a small fee.
