That kinda depends on the flop?
On AhAs5d, every single card in the deck can make someone a boat. But not a single card can make someone a flush or straight.
On Ah9s4d, there are only 9 cards that can make someone a boat, and still no flushs and only a couple straights.
On JhTh9h, it’s easier to count the cards that can’t make any of those. But even then it’s only roughly 2/3 of the deck.
And it obviously also matters what cards you hold. JTs blocks more scare cards than 22.
